Our approach

Buying a property is one of the biggest commitments of your life. Our job: give you the real condition of the building, in plain language, before you sign.

One visit, one report, one follow-up call. And answers for as long as you have questions.

Every finding is photographed, located and explained. No vague “to be monitored” left hanging.

Our tools

The eye first, the instrument to confirm.

A thermal anomaly isn’t a leak until it’s been confirmed. Instruments don’t replace the inspector: they separate a hypothesis from a finding.
